MENDHAR, July 6: A PDD lineman today received about 50% burn injuries after he suffered an electric shock while repairing an electricity line.
According to the reports, Mohd Sadiq (55) son of Hakoo sustained serious burn injuries when current started flowing in the line he was repairing this afternoon.
In a serious condition, he was shifted to Sub-District Hospital Mendhar, where Doctors immediately shifted him to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), where his condition is stated to be critical.
Meanwhile, the victim lodged a written complaint with police Station Mendhar in this regard.
