JAMMU Nov 30: LG Electr-onics India today introduced PuriCare range of water purifiers here in Jammu, featuring stainless steel storage tank that provides purest form of drinking water. The advanced range of water purifiers which come in seven variants are equipped with innovative hygiene-enhancing features such as the Dual Protection Stainless Steel Tank™ and Digital Sterilizing Care™ that ultimately yields safe and clean drinking water.
It was launched at a function held at Press Club, Jammu by Branch Manager LG , Surjeet Singh Manhas and Mandeep Singh , Branch Marketing Manager LG.
Surjeet Singh Manhas, while speaking on the occasion said, recently, LG water purifier was certified by Heart Care Foundation of India as the water purifier which meets the criteria for health friendly drinkable water ((filtration, preservation & maintenance) .
He while quoting Kim-Ki-Wan-MD-LG Electronics India said “we have been launching products based on Indian insights & water purifier is an extension of the same. As clean drinking water is one of the basic requirements& LG water purifier provides the same through robust filtration, preservation & maintenance.
He also quoted the words of Dr K.K Aggarwal president- Heart Care Foundation of India who has said “we have tested LG water purifier & it meets the criteria for “Health Friendly Drinkable Water” (Filtration, Preservation & Maintenance).
He said some of the key features of LG Water purifier included five Stage Ro Filtration. He said LG’s advanced multi-stage Reverse Osmosis (RO) system delivers safe drinking water via a multi-stage filtration method that removes contaminants as minute as 0.0001 micrometers in size. Forming part of a five-stage process, the RO filtration eradicates bacteria, viruses and heavy metals to provide incredibly pure drinking water, he added.
Besides, it has Dual Protection Stainless Steel Tank, while LG’s first of its kind Digital Sterilizing Care™ provides most hygienic method to sterilize the entire water path, faucet, and tank with unique sterilizing kit that does not use any harmful chemical. It has Ever fresh UV Plus and RO removes virus and bacteria; so there is no need of UV in the filtration stage, he added.
He said moreover, LG has smart display. One can easily check water filter change indicator, UV Sterilizing indicator and water level Indicator from a distance or at night with Smart Display, he added.
Besides LG’s water purifier is also equipped with the 2-in-1 Care™ feature which provides firstt year of complementary maintenance worth INR 4200 in all the variants of water purifier. The LG water Purifier is available in seven variants, he added.
