UDHAMPUR, Apr 29: A leopard was found dead under mysterious circumstances at village Thaplal in Ramnagar Tehsil, here today.
The dead leopard was spotted by some locals who informed the Police and Wildlife Department officials about the same.
On being informed, the Wildlife Department officials reached the spot and took the body of the dead leopard into their possession for the postmortem at Udhampur.
According to the Wildlife Department, the exact cause of death of the leopard will be ascertained after the postmortem.
