UDHAMPUR, Dec 21: A leopard was found dead in a Nallah at Barmeen in Ghordi, here today.
The dead leopard was spotted by some locals who informed the Police and Wildlife Department officials about the same.
On being informed, the Wildlife Department officials reached the spot and took the body of dead leopard into their possession for the postmortem at Udhampur.
According to the Wildlife Department, exact cause of death of the leopard will be ascertained after the postmortem.
