UDHAMPUR, May 20: A leopard was found dead under suspicious circumstances in Ward number 7, Madha Panchayat in Tehsil Chenani.
The dead leopard was spotted by some locals, who immediately called the Police. On getting information, Chenani police and a team of Wildlife Department rushed the spot and took the dead body in their custody.
Further investigations are going on to ascertain death of the leopard. There was injury mark on body of the leopard, reports said.
