Srinagar, May 23: Villagers of Payeen Hanjan in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district today found two-day old leopard cub alive.
The villagers said the cub was found after another leopard cub was found dead, two days ago in the same village.
The villagers accused Wild Life officials of risking their lives by not taking measures to restrict movement of wild animals particularly leopard in the area.
