Jammu, Sept 28: The public of Laxmipuram- sector-B-2 area of ward number 62, Municipal Corporation Jammu, in a meeting held under the chairmanship of Kuldeep Kumar Rao, expressed great resentment over the unbearable erratic supply of water and electricity in the area for last more than a year despite number of representations to the concerned authorities duly endorsed by concerned Ministers/MLAs.
Addressing the inhabitants of the area in the meeting, Rao wondered as to why electricity is being snapped in their area as compared of the adjoining areas like Chinore, Roop Nagar Enclave, Durga Nagar etc.
The inmates feel discriminated over this act of the authorities. They have urged the Dy Chief Minister, Dr Nirmal Singh to look into this grave injustice and discrimination immediately failing which public will be constrained to come on roads, he cautioned.
