SRINAGAR, Sept 7: Continuing with its demolition drive, Lakes and Waterways Development Authority (LAWDA) through its Enforcement Wing today demolished four illegally raised structures/constructions in Shalimar Teilbal area.
The LAWDA Enforcement Officer said the drive to remove illegal structures and constructions in their jurisdiction will continue and elements creating hurdles in the process will be dealt under law.
He said people residing within the LAWDA jurisdiction have already been directed not to go for any illegal constructions. He also said that tipper/load carrier owners should not carry construction material in the prohibited area of Dal/Nigeen Lake without permission.
