JAMMU, Apr 29: The Law School, University of Jammu (JU) organized two interaction sessions with former directors of the institute, Prof VP Magotra and Prof VK Kapoor.
During the session, the former directors of the institute interacted with the students and apprised them of relevance of Law as a profession in contemporary scenario.
Prof Kapoor while interacting with the students acquainted them with the entire history of development of The Law School and the struggle behind the establishment of the institution.
The speakers highlighted the fact that Law is an important tool and an important mechanism which can make a big difference in establishing the right order and a just society. They also focused upon the role of the budding lawyers towards positive transformation of the society.
