JAMMU, June 28: The Indian Institute of Mass Communication (IIMC) has extended the last date for applying to the Postgraduate (PG) Diploma courses 2022.
Applications for admission to the IIMC courses can now be done till July 4, 2022, the National Testing Agency website, cuet.nta.nic.in
Pertinent to mention that IIMC’s Northern Regional Centre in Jammu is starting two new courses from the next academic session -PG Diploma in Hindi Journalism and PG Diploma in Digital Media. Until now, only one course, PG Diploma in English Journalism, was being run from the centre. The three courses have 20 seats each. The IIMC will admit students to its courses through the Common Universities Entrance Test – Postgraduate (CUET-PG).
According to Regional Director Prof. Rakesh Goswami, IIMC Jammu will soon shift to its new campus in Keran (Bantalab), which is spread across 123 kanals, and has all the modern facilities for training in journalism.
