MUMBAI, Sept 13:
Rasthriya Janta Dal Chief Lalu Prasad who had undergone a successful heart surgery on August 27, will be discharged tomorrow from the Asian Heart Institute after a successful surgery and rehabilitation programme.
Mr Prasad underwent three procedures of surgery which lasted 6 hours and 15 minutes. His aortic valve was replaced apart from Aortic repair. A 3mm hole in the heart was also repaired, an official statement by Asian Heart Institute said. (UNI)
