JAMMU, Oct 12: BJYM State Media Secretary Er Lalit Raina and State Co-Social Media Incharge Mohammad Hassan Pascha to represent India as Youth Delegate in World Festival for Youth and Sports (WFYS) to be held from October 14 to 23 at Sochi, Moscow Russia.
Raina who basically hails from the backward district of Doda and presently a State BJYM Leader, completed his schooling from Doda and engineering from MIET college under Jammu University, he works in MNCs like Aditya Birla and IBM at Bangalore as Software Engineer, but soon he decided to quit his IT career and chase his passion of social work and leadership.
During college days, he was a renowned student leader and fought many agitations for engineering students’ community of Jammu.
He also remained college President during 2012-13. The other BJYM activist who will represent country in WFYS is Mohammad Hassan Pascha from very backward district of Kargil and presently giving his services in BJYM’s Social Media Network.
Both BJYM activists from State will participate as Youth Leaders under Ministry of Youth Affairs.
