JAMMU, Jan 21: A lady was killed in a road accident in Channi area here today.
Police Station Channi Himmat informed that one Sureshta Devi wife of Tarsem Lal was hit by a speeding vehicle near a popular hotel in Channi area while she was crossing the road this evening.
She died on the spot.
Police shifted the body to Government Medical College for post mortem and registered a case in this regard and started investigations.
