JAMMU, Feb 21: Bishnah Police arrested a lady along with large quantity of illicit liquor.
As per police sources, on specific information, a team from Bishnah Police Station apprehended a lady along with 50 litres of illicit liquor from Chak Lala area.
The arrested lady has been identified as Taro Devi, wife of Jeet Kumar of Village Chak Lala, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu.
A case under FIR Number 31/2020 under Section 48 (a) Excise Act has been registered at Bishnah Police Station and investigation started.
Police team led by SHO Bishnah Inspector Deepak Pathania made the arrest under the supervision of SDPO RS Pura Shabir Khan.
