Excelsior Correspondent JAMMU, Mar 12: A deputation of All Jammu Kashmir and Ladakh Teachers Federation called on the Education Minister Naeem Akhtar, today. The deputation was headed by its president Mohan Singh and Maheswar Parsad, general secretary of the Federation. The deputation discussed the problem being faced by the teachers. The demands raised regarding probe into the irregularities made by the ex-education authorities in the last two years due to which large numbers of teachers/masters/lecturers/principal were deployed without post and salary. This way and the education system has suffered a lot. The other issue raised were the salary of all the teachers working under RMSA, SSA or deployed under the different category be released before the end of the financial year. Other accompanied the deputation were Raj Kumar, Davinder Singh, Parshotam Sharma, Narinder Bakshi, Ravinder Verma, Prem Sharma, Shashi Paul, Rakesh Kumar, Krishan Dutt, Pawan Kumar, Raj Rani, Revva Rani and Agya Kour.
