Leh, Apr 24: In an administrative reshuffle, the Administration of the Union Territory of Ladakh has designated Dr Laltinkhuma Franklin as Secretary in the Department of Finance, following the relieving of Dr Safdar Ali.
As per an order, Dr Franklin, who is currently serving as Commissioner/Secretary, UT of Ladakh, will also hold additional charge of Director, Accounts and Treasuries, Ladakh, until further orders.
