JAMMU, May 7: A labourer was injured today after he came in contact with a machine in a floor mill in Gangyal area of city outskirts.
According to a police official, a labourer namely Altaf Ali who originally hails from Uttar Pradesh today sustained serious injuries after he came in contact with a machine while working at Amar Floor Mills.
The injured labourer was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital, Jammu, where he was responding to treatment. Meanwhile, Gangyal police has registered a case FIR No 40/2018 under Sections 287/337 in this connection and started investigations.
