RAJOURI, Apr 29: A non-local labourer was electrocuted while working at an under-construction building at village Dhankot in Darhal.
The deceased, identified as Mohd Nazar Alam, son of Syed Rehman of Ganj Bihar, who was working a labourer here. He accidentally came in contact with a live wire and died on the spot.
Meanwhile, a shepherd was injured and his five sheep were killed by a rashly driven truck Mayali in Manjakote.
Acting swiftly, Police seized the truck (JK02Z-1647) and also arrested its driver besides shifting the victim to hospital.
