RS PURA, Aug 25: Senior Congress leader and MLC BR Kundal today visited the village Bagga Channa and took stock of the people’s problems.
During the tour, Kundal attended a programme organized by the temple committee of the village and announced construction of a community hall in the temple premises of the village on the demand of the villagers.
The villagers also raised with the MLC the issue of old age pension. They said that no body from the village is getting pension under this scheme.
Speaking on the occasion, Kundal assured the villagers early redressal of their all problems. He said that he has already spent huge amount for the development of the village and will continue to do so in future also.
Congress leader, Darshan Singh, Youth Congress leader, Kushwant Singh and Sarpanchs of various Panchayats were also present on the occasion.
