JAMMU, Mar 21: J&K Dharmarth Trust president BR Kundal today visited the temple complex at Purmandal and took stock of the work of facelift being given to the temple complex in connection with the forthcoming function on account of “Chetar Choudhian”.
While inspecting the work, Kundal directed the management to ensure quality of work. Emphasizing the need for total hygiene and cleanliness during and, post function, Kundal assured all assistance required to make the function a success along with facilities to be provided to the devotees.
On the evening of ‘Chetar Choudhian’ the Chhari Mubarak, after performing Puja Archana at Shree Ranbireshwar Ji Temple, will leave for Purmandal the next day after having a pooja at Shree Raghunath Ji Temple Jammu.
The ‘Chhari Mubarak’ will be taken by the Mahant of Shree Ranbirashwar Temple in the company of Sadhus and Saints. Many devotees are also expected to accompany the ‘Chhari Mubarak’, which will have a night’s halt at Purmandal Temple complex before returning to Shree Ranbireshwar Temple Jammu. Devotees from various parts of Jammu too are expected to reach the temple to pay their obeisance and seek blessings.
BR Kundal also interacted with the devotees and locals at Purmandal, who were present there. Earlier, Kundal visited Shri Rambir Samskrit Maha Vidyalay Birpur, run by Dharamarth Trust, wherein teachings of religious scriptures, besides ‘Karam kand’ is being imparted, to prepare the students for taking up various rituals performed by Hindu Society on various occasions. Being a residential institution, stress is being laid on the overall development of the students including need for extracurricular activities as well.
Kundal encouraged the students during interaction with them. Later, Kundal inspected the hostel and classrooms and gave necessary instructions. He also gave patient heating to the issues highlighted by the Principal and the staff members and assured their redressal.
