JAMMU, Sept 20: Devotional musical album, ‘Taang Padre Di’ sung by Kumar Ravi, renowned singer of the State, was released here today during a function organized at Press Club Jammu.

Observing that music knows no boundaries, Member of Legislative Council Surinder Choudhary, who released the album, said that music knows no boundaries and it binds the people in a unique cord and generates harmony in the society.
“And, when music relates to spirituality, it directly touches souls and creates an aura free of tension and hatred”, he added. and lauded the efforts of Kumar Ravi, saying his quest for devotional songs holds a promise to be a leading artist in the near future.
“Devotional music quenches the spiritual thirst of devotees”, he said and wished the singer a bright future. He said music plays pivotal role in preserving culture.
The audio of the album is worldwide releasing on youtube and other social broadcasting on September 21 on the pious occasion of Navratra.
Speaking on the occasion, Anchor Dharun Kesar, while appreciating the work of Kumar Ravi, said Kumar Ravi has done tremendous devotional musical super hits before and now he is back again with Taang Padre Di which is dedicated to the lotus feet of Maa Chandi of Machail in Pader.
Famous singer Sushma Rajput, Ravi Singh and Aditya Bhanu were also present on the occasion.
