Kshatriya Mahasabha to take out month long Rathyatra from today

JAMMU, Aug 8: Pressing for necessary amendment in the Indian Constitution to end caste based reservation, Akhil Bhartiya Kshatriya Mahasabha will take out a month long Rathyatra from tomorrow at Raj Tilak Bhawan, Purani Mandi Jammu.
The Rathyatra will pass through Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, Uttrakhand, Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Chattisgarh, Bengal, Jharkhand, Bihar, Assam, Meghalya and Uttar Pradesh before culminating at Jantar Mantar in New Delhi on October 7, 2022.
This was informed by Mahendra Singh Tanwar, all India President of the Mahasabha, while addressing a press conference, here today.
He informed that the Rathyatra will be taken in association with Amar Kshatriya Rajput Sabha, J&K and people from all sections of the society have been invited to participate in the grand event.
Objective of the Rathyatra is to press for necessary amendment in the India Constitution to ensure reservation on the basis of economic criteria only, an end to misuse of ST/ST Act, crusade against social evils and corruption etc.
