JAMMU, Sept 18: Kranti Social & Education Foundation Trust (KSEFT) organized a medical awareness camp on the topic “Fit & Healthy India’ at New Jyoti Academy, Halqa Marh.
The camp was attended by huge gathering consisting of Sarpanchs, Panchs and the people of Halqa Marh including children.
Speaking on the occasion, Sukriti Dubey, Chairperson of the Trust, informed the general public that she has started this movement for the poor and downtrodden people, particularly those residing in rural areas, in the memory of her mother to fulfill her dream who always wanted to help the downtrodden people having no resources.
She further stated that the children of today are the leaders of tomorrow who will handle all affairs of the country, so it becomes our first and foremost duty to keep them not only educated but also keep them physically fit and healthy so that they may be able to devote their maximum time for the welfare of the country. “Accordingly my team and all the members of my foundation will work for this cause and make the people fully aware, as to how they can keep themselves fit and healthy.
The Chairperson also interacted with the children and found that the children of today belonging to rural areas are also very smart and intelligent like the children of cities. She distributes medical kits among the children. Besides, refreshment was also served to them.
