JAMMU, Aug 19: A voluntary team of selfless donors of blood got together under one umbrella KP Blood Bank (KPBB) and donated blood for the patients at the time of emergency, by following all legal norms of Blood Bank.
It is only 49 days old group of dare devils who are there to help to save a life & donate blood anytime anywhere on information shared on the specific face book/what Sap Group KP Blood Bank
“We encourage & empower everyone to be part of the noble cause so that we all are under one roof for a common cause, commitment & a common goal”, said Ashwani Sadhu one of the organisers of the Blood Bank.
The first ever seminar of the KP Blood Bank in association with Shri Alakh Sahiba Trust (SAST) was organized today at Mata Shree Roop Bhawani Bhawan, Tirath Nagar, Talab Tillo, Jammu in order to honour the blood donors with trophies as a token of acknowledgment and reward.
The function was inaugurated by M.L.Raina, Relief & Rehabilitation, Commissioner who was also chief guest on the occasion. In his address Raina applauded the gigantic task taken up by Ashwani Sadhu & his team for pursuing the principal that `Giving is Living’. C.M.Dhar president, SAST also addressed the gathering. The vote of thanks was proposed by Ashwani Sadhu on behalf of KP Blood Bank & SAST.
