JAMMU, Aug 7: A delegation of certified Kingian non-violence peace educators representing three different nations – India (J&K), United States (Rhode Island) and Tibet, visited 14th Dalai Lama in Mclorganj (Himachal Pradesh) at his residence seeking both wisdom and spiritual guidance.
The delegation included Prof Paul Beuno De Mesquita, Director Centre for non-violence and Peace Studies, University of Rhode Island, US, Prof Kathryn Bueno De Mesquita, Tashi Choetso, Dr Thupten Tendhar, Dr Seema Rohmetra (Coordinator, Gandhi Peace Foundation, Jammu chapter) and Dr Sapna Sangra (Co- coordinator, Gandhi Peace Foundation, Jammu chapter).
Dalai Lama gave the delegation message of love, peace and compassion to be promoted at all levels for the well being of entire humanity as in times of turmoil only non-violence and not the violence will light the way forward.
