JAMMU, July 13: Domana Police recovered a kidnapped minor girl and arrested the abductor.
As per police sources, on July 11 this year a complaint was lodged by a lady with Police Station Domana stating that her minor daughter has been kidnapped.
Acting over the complaint, a case FIR Number 247/2022 under section 363 IPC was registered at Police Station Domana and hunt was launched to recover the kidnapped girl.
To work out the case, a team from Police Station Domana led by SHO Inspector Tilak Raj Sharma was constituted under the supervision of SDPO Domana Sunil Singh and SP Rural Sanjay Sharma.
The team with hard efforts recovered the kidnapped girl and also arrested the abductor, who was identified as Rohit Sharma, son of Satpaul of Rahsaylote, Tehsil Chowki Choura, District Jammu.
Further investigation into the case is going on.
