RAJOURI, July 5: The police recovered a girl from Barnai area of Jammu last evening after she was kidnapped from Nowshera area by a youth.
Police said on the complaint of Puran Kumar hailing from Mangal Dai area of Nowshera, that his daughter, a student of 11th class has been kidnapped, the police team from Nowshera swung into action.
A case FIR Number 123/2018 was registered in the Police Station Nowshera. All the Police Stations and nakas were alerted immediately by Police.
Later, on the basis of some clues, a police team led by Insp Romal Singh under the supervision of ASP, Nowshera, Master Popsy the Police team managed to nab the kidnapper Gagan Singh, son of Sher Singh, resident of Barnai, Jammu and recover the girl. She was handed over to the family after medical examination.
