POONCH, Mar 29: The police today recovered a young girl who was allegedly kidnapped by a youth of the same village in Mandi area of Poonch district.
A police spokesman said that one Mohd Yaqoob, resident of Narian in Mandi Sub Division, lodged a case FIR No. 32/ 2017 at Police Station Mandi today alleging that his college going daughter has been kidnapped by a youth of the same village. They identified the accused as Imtiaz Ahmed, son of Abdul Gafoor.
Upon this, the police party under the supervision of DySP Mohan Lal started manhunt and recovered the girl from Poonch city today. The girl after Medical examination was handed over to the parents.
