They said recent news from PMO office regarding the formulation of a plan to address their issues provided them a breather, but they are unaware of the details, “PMO’s office stated that the UT Government of Jammu and Kashmir has formulated a plan to address  our issues but we are in a state of confusion as we are unaware of terms and conditions of that plan,” a protestor said.
They said that the continuous protest has taken a toll on them, “ we have not earned any penny from last 7-months and are debt-ridden. Any further delays are going to trouble us more. Our families are also suffering due to this,” another protestor said.
Meanwhile, the protestors requested Lt. Governor, G C Murmu, to take them on board in finalizing the terms of the policy.
