One admires the fact that all people have combined to get Railway service operationalised between Banihal and Baramulla without connectivity with national Railway grid.
Because there is pilferage and wastage of petrol and diesel in Leh Ladakh, this can be redressed if three hundred kilometre rail track is created from Khaltsi to Nyoma alongside of Indus.
