JAMMU, Apr 6: Senior BJP leader and former president of the party, Ashok Khajuria today warned those elements who are creating misunderstanding in the party on the behest of some vested elements and asked the party men to be vigilant about such elements.
In a statement he said these elements within the party are working on the behest of Congress which has acted subservient to the Kashmir centric leadership for 70 long years and looted the State. He said those who looted the State for 70 years are now demanding account from BJP for its seven years of its rule.
Khajuria said some people including Congress are demanding CBI probe trying to tarnish the image of BJP leadership. Giving a clean chit to Union Minster, Dr Jitendra Singh he said the Minister is working for the betterment of UT people and cautioned the party men against the vested elements who are hoodwinking the public opinion out of desperation.
He said BJP secretary, Vikram Randhawa whatever has said was his emotional outburst though he had not to state that in public. He said that the party men should work jointly and not to fall in the trap of people from Congress, NC and Shiv Sena and wanted to tarnish the image of party leaders. He appealed all party men to be vigilant against such elements saying that BJP was established by Pt Prem Nath Dogra and Shayama Prasad Mookherjee. “We all have to work together to take UT people ahead and work for the welfare of its people”, he added.
He expressing concern over the prevailing pandemic and the loss of lives. He said instead we should concentrate in fighting the COVID by working shoulder to shoulder with COVID warriors including doctors, nurses and other para medical staff as well as the Safai Karamcharis of the hospitals.
He said those who were advocating for holding talks with Pak the BJP have been exposed now and BJP should take on such elements. He said Dr Jitendra Singh is a dedicated soldier of party and no one should work to tarnish his image.
He said those opposing the Modi Government are talking against the national interests and they will be rejected by the people of India.
