JAMMU, May 16: Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) National Executive Member and Jammu East MLA Ashok Khajuria today started the construction work of drain along Bajrangi Akhara in Shalamar market.
While speaking, Ashok Khajuria said that the funds for this work have been made available to the Jammu Municipal Corporation from the Constituency Development Funds (CDF) and asked the authorities to construct the drain at the earliest.
Khajuria said that every effort has been made to ensure maximum development of each ward of the whole of Jammu East constituency and soon it will become Model Constituency of the Jammu province.
JMC officials, Pardeep Sharma, Satish Gupta, and Vikram Sharma were also present on the occasion.
