JAMMU, Jan 10:  BJP  Legislator Ashok Khajuria snubbed his own coalition  member from PDP,  Javed Ahmed Mirchal from North Kashmir for calling  top militant commander, Sayed Salahudin (Mohd Yousuf Shah) as ‘Sahib’ during his speech on Governor’s Address in the Legislative Council today.
BJP Member, Ashok Khajuria objected to the remarks of  Javed  Ahmed Mirchal and said that he should take his words back. Khajuria said Mohd Yousuf Shah alias Sayed Salahudin, is a top militant commander and he is responsible for bloodshed and hundreds of killings in Kashmir. He waged war against the country.  He is enemy of  India and he can not be Sahib, especially for this House.
” We are public representative  and we should talk with in the Constitution of J&K and the Constitution of  India.  We should not glorify the militants,” Khajuria remarked.
He also snubbed NC member Showkat Ganai and said what the language he was speaking in this House is allowed under  Indian Constitution only. “Only democracy  and Indian constitution allows such freedom of speech to ever one.  Had he been in Pakistan, he could better imagine his fate there.”
BJP member said that some people are trying to defame our security forces by leveling serious allegations.  He alleged that people in opposition were trying to play politics over killings. J&K police is facing brunt of militancy in State at the fore front.  “If the youth killed in action in Kashmir yesterday was not stone pelter then what was he doing there at the site. Whosoever will resort to stone pelting on forces would meet the same fate.”  He said Prime Minister Narendra Modi  was doing a good job in the country and in the State with ‘Operation All Out’.  It is the resolve of the PM Modi and the Indian forces to finish the militants and enemies of the country under this operation.
