Kerala BJP leaders congratulate Dr Jitendra for Tripura victory

NEW DELHI, Mar 7: A delegation of Kerala BJP leaders led by V. Muralidharan, BJP National Executive Member and former State President, today called on Union Minister  In-Charge Northeast / DoNER and MoS PMO, DoPT, Atomic Energy and Space, Dr Jitendra Singh and congratulated him for the Party’s historic victory in Tripura, thus bringing an end to nearly a quarter century of Communist rule over there. They said, the BJP cadre in Kerala are extremely jubilant over the Tripura victory and are keenly looking forward to a similar breakthrough in Kerala as well with BJP coming to power.
The Kerala BJP leaders, while extending an invitation to Dr Jitendra Singh to visit the State, said that the oppression unleashed by the Communists on the BJP members in Kerala is very much the same as it was in Tripura and therefore, there is a dire need to pull out the State of Kerala from this protracted nightmare.
The delegation also presented to the Minister a memorandum on behalf of “Instrumentation Employees Sangh” an affiliate of Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS). The memorandum expressed certain concerns and reservations with regard to the Palakkad Unit of M/s. Instrumentation Limited, a prestigious Central PSU established in Kerala, way back in 1974. They also requested that M/s. Instrumentation Ltd., Palakkad should be continued to function as before.
Dr Jitendra Singh reassured the Kerala BJP leaders of the Party leadership’s special focus on Kerala, under the astute leadership of National President  Amit Shah. He recalled an extensive tours of the State undertaken by Amit Shah in recent months.
Dr Jitendra Singh said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi also has great appreciation for the relentless struggle and sacrifice with which the BJP cadre in the State of Kerala have kept the Party flag aloft. He recalled that recently he had arranged with Prime Minister, a meeting of some senior representatives of the Sangathan from Kerala.
