JAMMU, May 14: KC International School dazzled in the three day conference of IIMUN, Jammu organised at Heritage School, here.
Model United Nations (MUN) is an educational simulation of the United Nations allowing the students to step into the shoes of today’s diplomats.
350 students from 17 schools across the State participated in the Jammu Chapter conference, wherein the Best Delegation Trophy was lifted by the exultant delegates of KC International School, Jammu.
Vanshika Sharma lifted the Best Delegate Prize in JKLA Committee, while Suhani Rajput fetched Best Delegate Trophy in Special Summit on Nuclear Issues Committee and Vasu Dev Singh Chib was bestowed with Best Delegate award in Lok Sabha Committee. Vansh Dhar grabbed Best Delegate award in ICC Committee. Aasmi Abrol and Aditi Sharma were awarded with Special Mention certificates in UN Women and Niti Aayog Committees respectively. Akhilesh Magotra, Deeptish Thappa and Arnav Chopra were conferred with Verbal Mentions in Special Summit on Nuclear Issues, Lok Sabha and IP Committees respectively.
