Kavinder interacts with DGPC members

JAMMU, July 21: Speaker, Legislative Assembly and MLA Gandhi Nagar, Kavinder Gupta today interacted with newly elected members of District Gurudwara Prabandak Committee, Jammu at their head office, Gurudwara Yaadgar Sri Guru Nanak Dev, Chand Nagar.
President, Jagjeet Singh; Vice-President, Kuldeep Singh; Gen. Secy, Mahinder Singh; Treasurer, Manmohan Singh; Chief Patron, Jathedar Mohinder Singh; Gurcharan Singh, Dara Singh, Vinay Gupta, Jaideep Sharma, Er. Ashwani Khosla and other prominent citizens of the area were present on the occasion.
Chairman of the committee, Tarlochan Singh Wazir while speaking on the occasion said that they will work day and night for the welfare of the community.
Members of the committee put forth few demands to be taken up with the administration for early redressal. The main demands were setting up of skill development institute for the minority community and fair and timely completion of enquiry of 4th June incident.
Kavinder Gupta assured that a skill development institute will be set up in Jammu very soon which will help in reducing the increasing unemployment and anxiety among the youth and their all other genuine demands will be fulfilled at the earliest. He asked them to work for the welfare and the development of the Sikh community in particular and society as a whole and assured his full cooperation in this endeavour.
