The Kathua rape episode had a domino effect which precipitated a mass movement all across the country . People from all walks of life have condemned this disgusting act and asked for maximum punishment to the culprits .
Unfortunately, the issue has now been hijacked by the media and so called pseudo- intelligentsia of the country for their TRP and cheap popularity. The people from this region ask for CBI enquiry in this matter as serious flaws have appeared in the charge sheet filed by Crime Branch of J&K Police. Moreover, people have no faith in present police investigation. And some elements have tried to portray entire Kathua as if people are shielding rapists.
Demand for a CBI enquiry does not stand for impunity to the culprits. Indian constitution have provided right for a free and fair trial to every citizen of India.In the interest of India, the pseudo -Intelligentsia and miss informed media should understand ground reality before narrating their judgment.
