Kashmir issue one of Modi Govt’s biggest failures: Azad

SHIMLA: Former Union Minister Gulam Nabi Azad on Thursday attacked Modi Government over the Kashmir issue, saying that it has failed to resolve the issue, and on the contrary militancy has escalated in the valley with spur in terrorists attacks on Indian Armed forces’ barks and camps.

Addressing a press meet here, the senior Congress leader, who was in the State to canvass for party candidate Dhani Ram Shandil charged that before 2014 only one camp of Indian Army was attacked by the terrorists however it happened 17 times in last five years.

He further alleged that the number of Indian Jawans, and civilians killed during the militancy increased in the last five years. (AGENCIES)
