JAMMU, Mar 3: To lodge protest against the Government failure in providing airlifting facility for them, activists of All Kargil Student Association Jammu held a demonstration, here today.
They were shouting slogans against the State Government and more particularly the Kargil administration.
Protesters said that the students of schools and colleges of Kargil are in Jammu during the winter season for studies due to postponement of their scheduled exams, which were to be held in October. They appealed the Government to make necessary arrangement for airlifting them to Kargil.
The students also expressed their anguish against the newly formed Government of the State upon unfair and discriminatory distribution of the Ministries as none from Kargil was taken as a Minister in the current Cabinet.
