JAMMU, Aug 17: The members and office bearers of Tirath Raj Kapal Mochan Shrine and Temples, Shopian Kashmir held a meeting here, today under the leadership of Omkar Nath Sathoo its chief coordinator in which various affairs for development of shrine discussed.
The meeting cancelled the illegal deed of Kapal Mochan Management Trust on the verdict of Subordiante Judge Municipal Magistrate Jammu which has recently passed an order in this regard and the deed executed by Prathvi Nath Pandita, Ashok Kumar Koul and others in August 2008 was declared null and void.
The Court has asked the defendants not to meddle with the working of the affairs of Tirath Raj Kapal Mochan Shrine, Shopian.
