JAMMU, Oct 5: Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust (JYBT) is organizing ‘Chandi Paath’ at its Haridwar Bhawan on the auspicious occasion of Sharad Navratra festival commencing from October 13 to 22.
In a press release issued here, general secretary of the Trust, Gurdas Sharma, said that on this auspicious occasion Trust invites all such devotees who desire to take part in ‘Chandi Paath’ and ‘Shri Ramayan Paath’ and seek blessings of Maa Durga.
He asked the interested devotees to inform the Trust in advance on mobile No 94196-62100, 99063-97638, 95969-55663 and 098970-59572.
“However, the devotees who do not remain present for whole of the period can participate on the commencement of ‘Chandi Paath’ or its culmination with ‘Pooran Ahuti’ and seek blessings of Maa Durga”, Sharma said.
He further said that for the convenience of the devotees who desire to take part in ‘Chandi Paath’ but due to some reasons cannot move to Haridwar, can also become a part of it by sitting at home.
“For this they have to fill up our prescribed form and become a ‘Yajmaan’. Such Yajmaan can watch ongoing Navratra Poojan at Haridwar on their whatsapp and those who do not have Whatspp facility on their mobile phone can watch the same at our website www.jammuyatribhawan.in by sitting at home”, he said adding on culmination of ‘Chandi Paath’ with ‘Pooran Ahuti’ on October 22, one Kalash with Parsad, etc shall be sent to their given home address, accordingly.
