JWAM urges Guv to dissolve Assembly, hold fresh elections

JAMMU, Jan 12: Jammu West Assembly Movement has urged upon Governor NN Vohra to dissolve the State Assembly and hold fresh elections in the State.
Speaking to media persons here today, JWAM president, Sunil Dimple, said as there is fractured mandate to the parties and the more time given to the parties for Government formation will only lead to horse trading and the mandate of the people for which they voted will be sacrificed by these political parties.
Dimple said no party has got clear mandate and this is the hung Assembly and some political parties are trying to take cheap publicity, mileage by spreading fake rumors, stories and also floating the lists of the cabinet ministry, even when there is no such consensus among the political parties on the ground.
He urged upon all the political parties to meet Governor NN Vohra at the earliest and tell clearly their formula, views, strategy on the formation of a stable Government in the State.
Sunil Dimple said all the political parties should put on halt the rumors, uncertainty, spreading the fairy tales feelers being floated by the political parties as the work of the people of the State, development are suffering and the natural disaster victims are waiting for the justice.
Dimple announced a ‘Jan Andolan’ from January 16 to press the Governor to dissolve the present State Assembly and hold fresh elections.
