JAMMU, July 23: Alleging failure of the State Government in tackling the situation in Kashmir Valley, activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement today held a protest demonstration and torched copies of the resolution adopted in recently held all-party meeting  at Srinagar.
The protesting people, led by Sunil Dimple, raised slogans against the PDP-BJP Coalition Government for its alleged failure to control militancy and anti-nationals in Jammu and Kashmir.
The activists of Jammu West Assembly Movement termed the resolutions of all party meeting as unfortunate, unwise and disappointing for advocating talks with Pakistan as well as separatists to restore normalcy in the State.
Addressing the gathering, Sunil Dimple said that the resolution has  badly disappointed the nationalist forces and the people of the State, who feel cheated by the self styled nationalist BJP. “It is very surprising that none of the political parties in the meeting  raised voice and opposed the  holding of talks with Pakistan and its ISI agents, who have openly declared war with India,” Dimple said.
He lashed out at ruling BJP and said that it was the same party whose Home Minister Rajnath Singh in Parliament terms the Pakistan as a terrorist State, which is responsible for the unrest in Kashmir and the country.
Sunil Dimple stressed that  only the imposition of “Governor rule” and dissolving of the Assembly and fresh elections in the State, was  solution to the present deteriorating situation in the State.
Those who participated in the protest, included Bhagat Ram Sharma, Madan Lal Dogra, Bishan Dass Sharma,  Ram Kapoor, Raman Gupta, Bhagat Ram Sharma, Raman Gupta, Vijay Khajuria, Kulwant Sharma, Dev Raj, Babu Gupta, Vicky, Rakesh Sharma, Ashok Khanna,  and others.
