JAMMU, June 25: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) held a protest here today.
The activists of JWAM led by its President Sunil Dimple assembled here today and held protest against holding of talks with Hurriyat leaders viz Pakistan.
The protestors also burnt the Pakistani flags viz effigies of Hurriyat leaders and Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
While speaking, Sunil Dimple asked the Prime Minister to clear his policy on the floor of the ongoing Parliament session against Pakistan.
Any talks with the hurriyat leaders will demoralize the morale of the security forces, he said, adding that there should be no talks with the Hurriyat leaders viz Pakistan.
“No talks should be held with Hurriyat leaders viz Pakistan as it is assumed that they will demands release of jailed separatists and stone pelters”, Dimple said and asked the visiting Home Minister to visit Jammu also.
JWAM will start statewide agitation if Government of India holds talks with the Pak funded Hurriyat leaders, Dimple warned.
“BJP is befooling the people of Jammu on Kashmir on the implementation of Delimitation Commission in J&K”, he said and asked the BJP leaders to clear their stand on Delimitation Commission viz Article 370 and 35-A.
Among others present were Harbans Tondon, Chaman Pawar, Tarlok Singh, Ashok Khanna, Kala Kumar, Dev Raj, Divanshu Kapai, Jetinder Gupta, Vinet Kumar, Vipan, Mukesh, Ram Kumar Das and Thodu Ram.
