JWAM demands separate Jammu State

JAMMU, Aug 26: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) has demanded Assembly elections in J&K after making Jammu a separate State.
In a press conference here today JWAM leader, Sunil Dimple said there chaos due to snapping of internet and mobile services in J&K as far flung areas are cut off and students along with business community are suffering as online work has come to a halt.
He appealed to the Chief Election Commission of India for the early delimitation of Assembly and Parliament seats in J&K.
Another demand raised by JWAM leader was bifurcation of Jammu West Assembly Constituency into two Assembly constituencies and making Jammu district a separate Parliamentary constituency.
