JAMMU, July 29: Jammu West Assembly Movement (JWAM) and Mission Statehood J&K president, Sunil Dimple today condemned the Government decision to convert historical Mubarak Mandi Complex into Heritage Hotel under Public Private Partnership (PPP) mode, here.
While addressing the press conference here, the president of JWAM said that they will launch a mass agitation against the Government over issue and alleged that the BJP Government deliberately made attempts to erode rich history of the princely Dogra state.
He alleged that the BJP Govt first stopped annual Darbar move in unilateral decision and now convert the historical Mubarak Mandi Complex into a Heritage Hotel in Public Private Partnership mode which is not acceptable to Jammu’s Dogras. He also opposed the LG decision to issue domicile certificates to women who married outside the J&K.
“The BJP, RSS want to divide the communal harmony and secular fibre between the Jammu & Kashmir region by implementing their own agenda in the J&K,” he alleged.
