SRINAGAR, June 3: In exercise of powers conferred under clause (b) of sub-section (2) of Section 3 of the Jammu and Kashmir Legal Services Authorities Act, 1997 and in supersessions of notification SRO March 12, 2010, the Government, in consultation with the Chief Justice of the High Court has nominated Justice Virender Singh as Executive Chairman of the State Legal Services Authority constituted vide notification SRO 68 of 1998 dated February 12, 1998.
This notification will come into force with effect from March 12, 2013 and the nomination will be for a period of three years.
