JAMMU, May 22: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has nominated Justice Sanjay Dhar as the Judicial Nodal Authority for coordination with the Judicial Infrastructure Advisory Committee headed by Supreme Court Judge Justice Aravind Kumar.
According to an order issued by the Office of the Registrar General at Srinagar, the nomination has been made in connection with furnishing information and questionnaires regarding judicial infrastructure assessment pursuant to a communication dated May 18, 2026.
The order, bearing No. 797 of 2026/RG/Infra dated May 21, 2026, states that the Chief Justice approved the nomination to strengthen coordination and assessment of judicial infrastructure across the Union Territory.
The High Court has also designated senior judicial officers for different nodal responsibilities. Registrar Vigilance has been appointed as the Administrative Nodal Officer, while Registrar Computer (IT) will serve as the Technical Nodal Officer.
In addition, all Principal District and Sessions Judges have been nominated as District Level Nodal Officers for the exercise.
