JAMMU, Sept 6:Jugal Kishore Sharma Member of Parliament BJP (Lok Sabha) Jammu-Poonch along with Rajeev Sharma, MLA Akhnoor laid foundation stones and kick started construction work of various roads under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in Akhnoor Constituency.
Jugal Kishore laid foundation stone and kick started construction work of roads Akhnoor Targwal via Charda Gran road stretched over length of 6.40 Kms costs Rs 3 crore 18 lacs, Tacherwan to Balha Road length 2.800 Kms costing Rs one Crores 67 Lac, KM 7th to Kailiwala length 5.1 Kms costs Rs 3 crore 38 Lacs, L053 – Sohal-Budgal Road length 4.175 Kms costing Rs 3 crore one lac and Dok Khalsa to Chak Bhagwana length 3.5 Kms costing Rs one crore 87 lacs under Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana in Akhnoor Constituency.
Jugal Kishore Sharma, Member of Parliament on the occasion appreciated Modi Government for sanctioning major projects and funding them under major heads like PMGSY, CRF and others. He said that PMGSY is serving as a great boon to the villages and providing connectivity to the each corner wherever required. He also said that Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) is working on the agenda of “Sabka Sath Sabka Vikaas” and every corner of the country will get equal share of development. Member of Parliament said that every part of the country will get developed by the way of Centrally sponsored schemes and BJP leads with “Saaf Niyat Sahi Vikaas”.
Rajeev Sharma, MLA Akhnoor Constituency greeted the people of Akhnoor Constituency and said that the construction work started for roads under PMGSY will develop each corner of the constituency and network of roads would be laid in future times. He also complimented Member of Parliament for his full co-operation and support for sanctioning of projects from Central Government.
People of the area felt very happy as their old demand get fulfilled and construction work of road get started.
