JAMMU, Mar 10: The Jammu Students Morcha (JSM) has condemned the Jammu University authorities for allegedly ignoring the Health Centre on the campus, which has been turned virtually defunct.
Addressing a press conference, JSM University unit chairman Amit Kumar alleged that the Health Centre has X-Ray Machine but no Machine operator, no medicines and no Resident Doctor. “JU charges fee for the Health Centre but does not provide the facilities which means the students are being duped,” he alleged adding that even, the first aid facilities were not available there.
The JSM leader demanded a probe into the mis-utilization of funds by the Health Centre.
Among those who were present in the press conference included Sanjeev Gupta, Anita Kumari and Atul Sharma.
